E. Lynn Cormick
Once told that writing was a waste of time, E. Lynn Cormick vowed she would continue her writing. It was a waste of time she enjoyed doing. She has done many things between those words and now, been an office clerk, worked with racehorses, been an aircraft mechanic, had two beautiful daughters, driven taxi and currently volunteers at the local food bank. When not working on the computer, Lynn knits, crochets and does a few other types of needle crafting. She is the secretary/librarian for a local stitchery guild and secretary for a writers group.

Lynn is allowed to live with three cats who supervise her daily doings with great enthusiasm. They allow her to write in peace for most of the day, but insist on her taking breaks to pet them. The cats are both waking alarm clock and a reminder to go to bed. If left to her own devices, Lynn is quite capable of writing until dawn.

Lynn has been published, to date, mostly in local newspapers but she does reluctantly admit that she fell prey to a publishing scam a few years ago. She has taken distance education courses to perfect her craft and will continue to do so, she says. She originally hails from Toronto, Ontario, but currently lives in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada.

By E. Lynn Cormic
Herta Tanner, a young Canadian woman, inherits a cottage in Bavaria, Germany, as well as an unusual job. According to her interpretation of a letter from an unknown relative, she must learn to be a pimp for vampires. Herta only wants to get her life together after a nasty divorce and maybe find a friend or two along the way. She becomes a suspect in a murder and after discovering a secret entrance to Tielen, Herta discovers that she must choose from a multitude of men (all aspects of the same man, her soul mate), one to rule Tielen, the alternate universe that resides behind the Gates. She makes her choice, but is it the right one?

Once her choice is made, Herta discovers she is to be treated as royalty for a generation, twenty-five years, provided she can follow Tielen rules. In Germany, Herta runs into other problems, not the least of which is the Thule Society who want Herta and her soul mate dead. Herta holds her own until she loses her temper.
